Top sirloin sliced and fried with hot peppers, onions and tomatoes. Spicy.

Carne Asada y Mojo Plate
Choice of grilled carne asada or grilled chicken accompanied by shrimp and mushrooms sauteed in Corona's garlic and crushed red pepper butter.
Pollo Fundido Plate
Rolled flour tortilla, soft or crispy, filled with seasoned chicken and smothered with jalapeno cream cheese and melted American cheese. Served with rice and beans and guacamole. Not served with tortillas.
Tacos al Pastor Plate
Diced pork marinated in our special spice blend including chile California. Pineapple, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, cloves and bay leaves. Garnished with grilled green onions, fresh pico de gallo, avocado slice and lime wedge.
Chicken a la Crema Plate
Boneless sliced chicken sauteed in butter, with onions, tomatoes and mushrooms in a delicious cream sauce.

Strips of top sirloin, chicken breast or shrimp sauteed with onions, tomatoes, cilantro and mushrooms cooked in a delicious salsa-cheese sauce. Served with guacamole and tortillas, beans and rice or salad.
Tacos Jalisco Plate
3 soft corn tortillas filled with, sauteed chopped top sirloin or chicken breast with cilantro, green jalapenos, tomatoes, onions, and guacamole. Spicy.

Chicken sauteed in butter with onions, mushrooms, and a spicy red, hot sauce. Spicy.
Chicken Milanesa Plate
Boneless chicken breast breaded in a special seasoned mix and fried. Topped with avocado and tomato and served with our special chipotle sour cream dipping sauce, Spanish rice and beans.
Chicken a la Mexicana Plate
Sliced chicken breast sauteed with onions, tomato and jalapenos. Covered in a creamy sauce. Served with tortillas, Spanish rice, and beans. Spicy.
Tres Cunados Plate
A terrific trio of 3 taste treats. On 1 side, chile colorado. In the center, a chile relleno topped with Monterey Jack cheese and the other side is chile verde.
Broncheta Plate
Skirt steak, chicken or shrimp with onions, peppers, mushrooms, carrots and celery sauteed in a special sauce served over a bed of rice, with melted cheese, salad, and warm tortillas.
El Trio Plate
A terrific trio of three tasty treats. Carne asado, pollo asado, camarones al gusto, served with guacamole, rice and beans.
Carne Asada y Mas Plate
Carne asada combined with choice of an enchilada, chile relleno, tostada, taco or tamale.
El Corona
Carne asada: skirt steak broiled in a special way topped with fried onions And fried jalapeno. Chilaquiles Rojos: corn tortilla pieces that are fried cook in our own red sauce with epazote sprinkled with onions, Mexican cheese, topped with sour cream. Huevos: 3 eggs over easy, over medium or over hard-topped with mild sauce and Cotija Mexican cheese. Served with rice, beans, guacamole and tortillas.
Borrego (Lamb Shank)
Marinated seasoned lamb shank slowly baked until tender. Served with marinated sauce, pico de gallo, jalapenos, sliced avocado, rice, beans, and tortillas.
